Our Thomas Henry is back with his Premier League analysis and gives us his best bets for Saturday’s games.
Leicester v Bournemouth
Leicester were the surprise package of 2015 but it could be Bournemouth who cause a shock at the King Power Stadium. The Cherries are in good form – their defeat at Arsenal was their first in seven games – and having won against Chelsea and Manchester United this term the visitors could pick off the high-flying Foxes. Bournemouth to win at 16/5.
Norwich v Southampton
Norwich’s form at Carrow Road is respectable as their last four home games have seen them beat Swansea and Aston Villa, and draw with Arsenal and Everton. Southampton upset the applecart by hammering Arsenal 4-0 on Boxing Day, but that was their first win in seven outings and they lost to West Ham last time out. Draw at 9/4.
Sunderland v Aston Villa
Sunderland ought to be worried in advance of this relegation six-pointer as they haven’t beaten Aston Villa in nine league meetings. The Villans will take heart from recent draws on the road at Southampton and Newcastle, so don’t underestimate their chances of landing a first league win since the opening day. Aston Villa to win at 12/5.
