Best Bets From Final Round 2-balls

The final day of the Open Championship sees some intriguing match-ups not least near the top of the leaderboard where Adam Scott and Graeme McDowell go out in the final 2-ball.

Scott has never won a major, something that Tiger Woods was keen to mention in his interview on Saturday evening, whereas G-Mac has been there before and  knows he can win this Open.  McDowell at 10/11 to win this match up looks one of the day’s best bets.

Tiger Woods v Brandt Snedeker – Tiger is the strong 4/7 fav to win this 2-ball with Snedeker available at 27/10. Woods knows he needs to get aggressive here today if he has any chance of winning. That means taking out the driver and going after the par-5 holes which he hasn’t done all week.  Snedeker had a poor round yesterday to take up out of the lead and may just bounce back today now that the pressure is off him.

Ernie Els v Zach Johnson – Johnson has shot 65 & 66 here this week and knows he would be alot nearer the lead only for his 74 round on Friday. Els has been playing  as well as ever but his putting has been letting him down slightly. Johnson to win at 5/4
