Clementina looks class at Cork

Ray Flanagan with Sunday selections

thought for the day: A runner in the opener today, Thedellercheckout,

The 1983 World Darts final- playoff in final set- Eric Bristow has a shot at bullseye to stay in the match- he elects to hit a single 18 to leave double 16. Keith Deller with 138 remaining comes in – treble 20-treble 18- double 12

Bang- The Deller Checkout.

The Glancing Queen (10-1) and Speedo Boy (4-1) were winners yesterday. A few for a sporting interest today.

Cork 1.20- Clementina

Encouraging to see Tony Martin showing signs of some form recently. This mare ran a promising race at Galway in the contest won by Rovetta and shaped pretty well on the flat at Navan recently where she was given a pipe opener. Looks to have the ability to win race of this nature.

Cheltenham 3.00- Western Ryder and Numo Negra

Wstern Ryder has strong novice hurdle inform including a victory over Supreme Winner Sunnyhillboy at Warwock. He then posted a good effort himself in the Supreme finishing sixth having suffered interference. Sharjah’s performance in winning the Galway Hurdle suggests the Supreme was a strong race and Western Ryder could have a bit in hand.

Numo Negra posted a solid effort in the Fred Winter and has decent enough juvenile form against the likes of Apples Shakira. With the majority of the market leaders all carrying big weights, it can be prudent to look for the one who may have slipped in under the rader and there could easily be more to come from Dan Skelton’s horse.
